Is true love's kiss able to break the love spells like it does in those movies?

True Loves' Kiss... a thing of ledgends. There is some debate as to how magical it actually is or if it is an embellishment of old stories. Of course to those kissing it is "magical" but is it magical in the same sense as magic bullets are magical? Unclear.

That said, it is theorized that True Loves' Kiss has a strong pull that tugs at one's SOUL. The effect of which has been known to:

Awake a princess from a coma.

Return a person to their true form

Restore memories

Snap a husband out of the effects of an evil temptresses's love potion

In addition, the kiss need not be romantic. For example, A brother could kiss his brother's head and pull him from the brink of death after a terrible illness.

Monster? Wizard? Human? All are capable of such feats and so, we cannot say for sure that "magic" as we know it is involved but it is possible that "True Love" is a higher form of magic that we have yet to recognize. It merits study, however we may never fully grasp what exactly "True Love" is.

If you start with only a chicken, some eye of newt, some dragon's tongue,some ground seeds,processed plant crystals, and a bit of leftover witch's brew, you can make a pretty good (platonic) love potion.
