My ego has been running the show lately; I have not been very open to surrendering and receiving and I’ve been noticing old trauma patterns playing out. I release any judgment and shame I may be holding around this. I compassionately accept and honour these parts of myself. I lovingly choose now to surrender and to continue to take physical, grounded action that feels aligned.
