I love the sheer accuracy and simplicity of that quote. It's such a fundamental truth in a lot of instances

Old boyfriends, friends, situations may come up to remind you of how far you've come or to rind you that there is work to be done in areas you thought were settled.

Incremental progress can add up to a gigantic mountain shaped change but if you build it day by day you'll hardly notice the difference. That doesn't make your own change any less monumental.

We all get lessons to learn in this lifetime - thr sooner you can learn them the faster you can move on to better levels of life.

No need to be stuck at the bottom ring cuz all your old friends are there. Be brave. Welcome change. Watch out for yourslef. Do what's best for your past self. Take care of you. For future you. Current you is just a Guardian of all the yous you will ever be. Invest in your progress - and I primarily Eman time and effort by this statement.
