      It was late, the diner was empty and near closing on their one day it didn’t stay open 24/7. Roslyn found herself sweeping the floor and dancing with the broom, ever so elegantly on her feet. She hummed music to herself that played overhead and did a little twirl before she finally noticed someone had walked in. “Oh, Jesus,” she blurted and chuckled, “um, how much did you see of that?”

                 hood pulled low, bryn’s been trying his best to say out of trouble—                          a task easier said than done for a guy who has the impulse control of a                          RAT TERRIER. but he’s trying, && that’s got to mean something. 

  in the gunmetal grey of the twilight streets, he keeps his head down, distracting   himself by avoiding the murky black  puddles pooled up in the cracked asphalt.   but that’s before he notices a lone figure standing out a few yards ahead. 

                                             pausing, he slid a cautious hand out of his jacket pocket before                                              walking ahead. eyeing the other suspiciously, he calls out, 

                     “ a little L A T E for a girl like you to be out, don’t you think? ”
