Heavy Day 5-3-1
Warm up then
110kg x 5
125kg x 3
140kg x 4
A PR but I wasn't happy as I reckoned I had 5 -6 in me. I hit the side rails on the second squat and that threw my focus out and I stuffed up the fourth lift and just lost the groove. Before that the weights were easy and I felt really good.
Attempted to do some BBB but heart wasn't in it so called it a night after the 1 set.
