Regeneration is the process by which a living being re-grows or replace lost tissue. Most flesh and blood creatures could regenerate tissues from wounds or cuts but few species could replace entire limbs.

T E L E P O R T A T I O N
(teh-leh-por-TAY-shun)
Definition: The power to be able to travel to different places, planes, or dimensions instantaneously without physically occupying the space in between point A and point B.
The idea of teleportation has been around for over centuries. Scientists have been always wondering about how we could be able to instantly travel from one location to the next. Movies and television shows and books are well known for expressing their ideas of their scientific theories of what can be capable in the future, and teleportation is one of them. Jumper is a great movie that displays teleportation with various techniques. As stated, it is a means to travel from one point in the universe to another. It is a means of rapid traveling where the person who is able to use teleportation can be able to appear in one place the first second and appear in the next place the next.
But, this is not limited to just the person. If the user is powerful enough and has practiced and utilized their power to its full potential, they are also able to not only transfer themselves from one area to the next, but they are also able to transfer other matter as well (i.e. objects, other people). With teleportation, it can be used as both an offensive technique and a defensive technique.
DEFENSIVE TECHNIQUES
I think it's obvious how you can use teleportation as a defensive technique against your attacker/opponent/enemy. The way you utilize teleportation will determine whether you're using it defensively or offensively. Defensively, people who can teleport and are in a fight can teleport away from the attack, gaining distance between themselves to allow the teleporter some moments of rest to regain energy to fight again.
OFFENSIVE TECHNIQUES
If you were to use teleportation as an offensive technique, your character doesn't have to limit themselves to just themselves. If they have mastered the art of teleportation, then most likely they can teleport matter and other objects besides the user. For example, say your character is fighting from a distance and your enemy is a pyrokinetic. What your character can do is maybe touch a tree and allow it to teleport on top of the pyrokinetic, crushing them and allowing your character to get away assuming the pyrokinetic didn't burn the tree first. Or your don't even have to touch the object; maybe you can have your character envision a line, path, or direction that they want the object to travel and presto, it happens as if in a blink of an eye. Get creative!
WAYS OF TELEPORTATION
There are different ways to teleport and it's the way that you perceive it that can be incredibly unique. The most known way to teleport is via the space around you and envisioning yourself traveling through a wormhole in a split second. Or you can picture a location in your head like after seeing a picture of the desired place you'd like to go to, and then with the blink of an eye, you're already there (much like the effects of the movie "Jumper"). In the Psych Investigation Episodes book series on Wattpad by the amazing Kevin Weinberg, the main character, Jack Harris, eventually is able to learn a teleportation technique where when he slaps his palm on the ground, a white light surrounds him and upon arriving to his desired destination, the light subsides and is welcomed with his new location.
There's even a variation of teleportation called Portal Creation, a power that allows the user to create portals between point A and point B in anywhere in the universe and instantly step into the other side. This power can be viewed in the X-Men: Days of Future Past movie with the character Blink.
It's all about the creativity you put into the methods of traveling via teleportation. You can have your character jump into the air, curl into a ball, and boom, he/she is gone and off to their destination. Or you can have them fall off a certain height and allow them to only teleport via the air.
Teleporting via the elements is another thing. If your character is able to teleport via the water (or Hydroportation), you can have them do lots of things with it like:
Pour a bucket of water on themselves that will transfer them towards their destination that they thought of (unfortunately they'd come to the new destination wet).
Dive into a pool and surface into another location that has water like the shore of a coast or in a lagoon near a town or even another pool on the top of a five-star hotel.
If your character is a surfer, you can have them ride into a funnel of a wave and let the other end be their next destination; so it's like surfer not only on the coast, but from coast to coast. Amazing!
If you want to teleport via the earth (or Terraportation), you can:
Have your character jump into the mud and end up in a new place.
Have the earth open up and swallow your character into an earthly portal and they can end up anywhere in the world (just avoid the mantle and core!).
If your character can, they can merge with the earth elements like an adobe house or step into rocks so that they can end up in another place.
If you want to teleport via fire (or Pyroportation), you can:
Have your character step into a fire and that's their main means of travel, taking them to another place in the world where there's also fire (like someone's fireplace).
If your character can generate fire out of nothing, then your character can just burn themselves (ouch) and surround themselves with flames until they appear into another location, dousing the fire unharmed and ready to walk.
If you want to teleport via the air, or Aeroportation, you can:
Take a plane (lol just kidding).
Traveling through tornadoes is one technique your character can use. Like, if they have Aerokinesis, they can summon up a tornado and step inside until it takes them to another place; or you can allow them to drive the tornado while they're on top of it and travel to another place.
If your character can dissolve into wind, you can have them do that until their molecules reappear and form themselves again in another destination.
Get creative with teleportation, there's so many ways to travel like:
Traveling through shadows
Traveling through light
Traveling through ash
Traveling through lightning
Heck, even traveling through cement.
LIMITATIONS
We all know that powers can take up your energy, so teleportation isn't an exception. If your character is a first time learner for teleportation, they might end up in a place they didn't think about or didn't expect to be in. They can also be weakened by using the means of teleporting. If teleporting through the elements, they probably won't be able to if they don't have any of the element's sources; like if your character can hydroteleport, they won't be able to do it unless they're in a large body of water like a pool or a pond or spring.
Users can also be limited with the amount of distance they get to travel. If your character is a first time learner, they might probably only get to travel like a dozen feet in the first try compared to those who can cross oceans and continents. You must limit them because it takes a great deal of power to travel across the world, or even across worlds!

(HY-droh-kih-KNEE-sis)
Definition: the ability to create, control, and/or generate water, inorganic compound with liquid, gas (steam, water vapour), and solid (ice) states, including changing them from one state to other.
If you do not know about this power, I don't know where you're living at because pretty much almost everything has a watery substance made out of it. Hydrokinesis is one of the major superpowers that are under the Kinesis category along with Pyrokinesis, Aerokinesis, and Telekinesis. If your character wields this power, then he/she/it is considered to be extremely powerful. Controlling the element of water is practically a very big thing. You can do many things if you have this power. You could make stuff out of water, you could probably travel with water, hell you could even walk on water! Isn't that cool? I know, I know it is. There are many different names for this power that include:
Water Bending
Aquakinesis
Water Manipulation
Water Control
Having this power come great responsibility. You must train hard enough to control this power because if you don't train enough, your powers can take power over you. If you don't control it, you'd probably create a tidal wave instead of just a little surf. Water is considered the most dangerous element out of the four (fire, air, and earth), so if you possess this, then you are also considered not only dangerous, but very powerful as well. The cool thing is that you can even learn a huge amount of techniques and tricks!
TECHNIQUES & APPLICATIONS
DROWNING : to encase anything in water to prevent oxygen from entering the lungs.
HEALING WATER : the ability to use water to heal wounds and other injuries.
This technique has many other names that it's referred as: there's Water Cure, Hydrokinetic Recovery, Liquid Healing, and Hydrokinetic Recovery. The user that knows how to use this power can heal their wounds in battle by absorbing water molecules into their body and using that as a sort of medicament that can regenerate damaged cells and molecules in the body, repairing them to its original condition.
The limitations that prevent the user from using this ability is if there is no water surrounding him/her/it or if their injuries are too severe (e.g. ruptured organs that is irreparable).
HYDROKINETIC COMBAT : using water as a sort of weapon in physical combat or battle.
Users are able to use water as an aid in physical combat to assist them in offense or defense against their opponent. You can use this technique to create a tidal wave to drown out your opponents or you can even use water to form a solid shield to block out any blasts that are thrown towards you. This would be called Water Exoskeleton and I'll explain that in a bit. This technique can also apply to Hydrokinetic Constructs, where you create solid weapons created out of water to use against your opponent.
WATER EXOSKELETON : the ability to create armor out of water.
Doing water exoskeleton is somewhat tough because you would need to acquire training in order to use this technique (diregard The Lightning Thief because honestly, Percy can't be that powerful in the earl stages of his years as a demigod, so it's pretty unrealistic.) You may use Hydrokinetic Constructs as an assisting technique in order to build your armor out of water. Try picturing the form of your armor wrapping around your body and control the water around you in order to form it. The only limitation is when you don't have any water source around you, unless you can create water from the water molecules in the air.
If you are able to create an armor out of water, you are able to use it to deflect your opponent's attacks. You can also use this to enhance your speed, strength, and agility. If you'd want an imagery of this, try picturing Poseidon.
HYDOKINETIC REGENERATION : to be able to regenerate and heal using water. This basically is similar to Healing Water.
HYDROPORTATION : ability to transport via liquid substances.
Basically using water to transport or teleport to another area where there is a body of water available and big enough to transport to. The user can merge into a body of water and teleport into another body of water in another place. The limitation with this technique is if there is no water source around the user, unless they can produce water by themselves.
LIQUID SURVEILLANCE COMMUNICATION : the ability to communicate through water sources or liquid substances.
What this means is that the user can communicate with anyone anywhere in the world through any source of water (i.e. oceans, rain, lakes, puddles, fountains, sinks, etc.) An example that I can refer to is the Iris-messaging technique that Annabeth used through a drachma thrown into the fountain in Percy's cabin to communicate (I think it was Annabeth, I'm still hazy on this.) It is also possible to make water form an image or a scene like a surveillance video to watch over certain people or events. For more information, click here.
DEHYDRATION : to drain the water in the body in an organism, almost to the point of death where the organism lacks perspiration and hydration.

(PYH-roh-kuh-knee-sis)
Definition: The power to generate, control, and absorbfire.
If you are not familiar with this super power, then I think you have been living under a rock because this is one of the major superpowers that make up the superverse. Without Pyrokinesis, there wouldn't be things such as Combustion Inducement, or to set things on fire, or even Pyrokinetic Constructs, which means that you wouldn't get to have a super cool whip made out of pure fire. Pyroinesis is the main power for all subpowers of fire, including blue fire, white fire, etc. Some other names for this power can include:
Fire bending
Fire Manipulation
Flame Control
Ignikinesis
In a more in-depth meaning of this power, users are able to excite or accelerate an object's atoms, increasing their thermal energy making it ignite, not necessarily objects, but also air particles. They are able to control flames, regardless of shape or form, and other forms of fire (e.g. blue, white, yellow, etc.) It all comes down to one thing: burning the shit out of everything and anything they want or come in contact with.
This ability is an advantage to take out or become more powerful against those that possess Aerokinesis and Oxygen Manipulation. This is because a Pyrokinetic is able to take out the oxygen from the air and transform the particles into fire so that it can fuel the fire that's already kindled in the room or area.
This superpower is very aggressive and sometimes uncontrollable if the user doesn't know what they're doing. It is also one of the strongest powers around, so if a user comes across a pyrokinetic, I don't think they'd want to make an enemy of them unless they're a hydrokinetic or a cyrokinetic (a person who can control and generate ice.)
APPLICABLE DUTIES
CREATING, ABSORD, AND MANIPULATE FIRE
Of course this is one of the main things that pyrokinetics can do so it's really self-explanatory. Things that they can do with fire are:
Burn/melt objects to an extent. If the temperature of the fire they have created is at a certain degree to the point where you can actually melt things, then they are most likely to be in control of their power.
Pyrokinetics can cause burning pains and actual burns (e.g. second degree, third degree, nth degree burns)
Firestorm Creation: we shall get to this in a bit.
FIRE ATTACKS
This means that the user can use the element as forms of attacks. If you have watched episodes of Avatar: The Last Airbender, you will note that many fire-benders use this against enemies and other threats. There are many applicable techniques to this, and some of those techniques of attacks can be the following:
Fire Ball Projection : the ability to create spheres of fire and launch it towards the enemy. A user is able to generate a huge fire-ball, or whatever size the user wants, and hurdle it towards a certain place, thing, or person.
Fire Blasts : Releasing fire over a specific target or area. Users can target certain things and blast beams or bullets of fire towards the target.
Fire Breath : Or otherwise known as fire breathing. This may be dangerous to the user if they do not have thermal resistant skin or are thermal resistant, because then they can actually hurt oneself. This is most likely common for advanced practitioners of pyrokinesis.
Heat Vision : Generating pure heat beams from the eyes of oneself.
Omnidirectional Fire Waves : Releasing waves of fire in all directions. This is mostly done by clapping your hands together with certain force so that it is able to generate waves of fire into certain directions.
FIREPROOF SKIN AND/OR THERMAL RESISTANCE
This is something essential and vital for Pyrokinetics. If a user do not possess this, then it is most likely that their power is going to harm not just anyone, but the user itself. The difference between having Fireproof Skina nd being Thermal Resistant is that if you have fireproof skin, then you are only invulnerable of being injured by fire and are resistant to high temperatures. If you are thermal resistant, then you are immune to any type of hostile environment, whether it be a flaming inferno or deep within the waters of the Arctic Region.
FLAME SOLIDIFICATION
Users can give fire solid forms. An example can be they can take an amount of fire and transform it into a solid fire minion to fight battles for them. This brings us to Pyrokinetic Constructs.
PYROKINETIC CONSTRUCTS
If the user can, they are able to create/generate fire and transform it into solid weapons, walls, armor, and/or allies/servants.
Appendages : If a user loses one of their body parts (e.g. a leg, an arm), they can be able to use fire to grow an extra limb and use it as a regular body part.
Pyrokinetic Wing Manifestation : A user can be able to generate wings, giving them the power to actually fly. High level users are able to reach supersonic flight. But be aware of being around water or ice, as it can cause the wings to die out.
Pyrokinetic Cloning : If a user has the power of fire manipulation, then they are able to clone oneself using the element of fire and control the clones that they make.
Firewall Generation : Able to create a huge wall of fire to block incoming projectiles or attacks to protects oneself and/or things around them.
Firestorm Creation : High level users are able to create a huge firestorm or any kind. Firestorms by pyrokinetics are able to incinerate and burn all things involved in the inferno. High level users of hydrokinesis are able to put out these fires if they are strong enough to as firestorms and infernos are very hard to put out.

Users can also be able to fly using fire to project them into the air. This is sort of a sub power of Jet Propulsion, in which they use fire to propel them into the air and use fire to navigate them through it.

HEALING FIRE
The ability to use fire/flames to heal. The user can heal others (or themselves) using their own generated flames or the fire manipulated from the environments of all surroundings. They may make anyone look like they are burning but actually they are doing the process of healing. The healing of it could take in any form and could be whether inside or outside of the one that is being healed. This power may have been or might have been a connection with Holy Fire Manipulation as this power can cleanse entities of others with evil forces in them.
PYROPORTATION
If you have not guessed correctly as to what this means from the suffix -portation, pyroportation is the ability to teleport using fire to somewhere else than the user's current location. The only limitation of this technique s that if there is flame source in the room or oxygen, then this power is useless.
FIRE EMPOWERMENT
Users become stronger, faster, more durable, etc. when they come in contact with fire, possibly unlocking abilities related to the affinity and enhancing the existing powers. Some users may be able draw sustenance from the elements or even slow or stop aging.
THERMAL MANIPULATION
Users are capable of altering and manipulating the kinetic energy in atoms, producing a variety of effects. These include heating objects until they combust or melt, cooling objects until they freeze or shatter, and altering the temperature of any given environment. User may only be able to control either heat or cold, and as such may have a weakness to the other.
WHITE FIRE MANIPULATION
The user can generate and manipulate a white flame of higher heat and intensity that can incinerate objects in a matter of seconds. This flame can also have magical properties when mixed with magic.

Control is extremely important. Unconscious use of this power can be catastrophic. If the user is not able to control this power or element, then it can lead to very catastrophic and deadly outcomes.

Fireproof Skin and/or Thermal Resistance isn't always part of the package, so burning yourself is possible. If you do not possess this ability, then you are most likely to not use your powers at all.
Users can be overpowered by Water Manipulation, Water Generation, Ice Manipulation and/or Freezing.
Unless user has Cosmic Fire Manipulation or Hell-Fire Manipulation/Holy Fire Manipulation, oxygen is needed as fuel.
