Fall colors are going off at the #Gunks! I was stoked to get back on a rope for the first time in months--and I found out that I'm significantly stronger than I was previously. I sent a long-standing project and managed to correct a high-ish blood sugar with a tiny bit of insulin! I was also psyched to see that the #ketogenic diet really kept me running strong all day with no lack of power--I warmed up on an 11a which was not my idea...but it felt surprisingly achievable.
