Due to the presentation of your intentions and a general consensus of testimonies from all parties involved, all charges will be dropped for the time being. I will be watching very carefully to confirm the truth of your story. In the future you would do well to inform me of any such entrapment plans in advance.

Testimony of Hunter Clarington
First and foremost, I’d just like to say how ridiculous this new charge against me is. You know firsthand that there is not a submissive bone in my body and it’s why you named me a Master and trained me as such. And if I’m being honest, I’m surprised you’re taking the word of a ‘Mistress’ that has been found guilty of such a disgracing thing.
That being said, I mentioned before in my earlier testimonies about a plan that Andrew and I had been putting into practice until the sudden appearance of these investigations. Our hopes were that I could become close with Masters Smythe and Anderson so that I would be made privy to their secrets. Honestly, Master Smythe wasn’t that hard to win over. I suspect the man is somewhat of a sex addict though I can’t say that’s really a crime so long as he’s paying you for the rights to use your property. Master Anderson was…more difficult. And of course my outright offensive moves against him in the past were not really in my favor.
After studying Blaine for some time, Andrew and I realized that one thing he loves most is power and it was that we decided was our best way in. Of course there were many arguments, but in the end, we agreed on a course of action. I would ‘reveal’ to Blaine my ‘submissive nature’ and ask him for help with it. Andrew and I worked for months to make the ploy as convincing as possible. I’ll be honest, it was a very hard sell, but eventually, he took the bait.
Andrew and I decided that to make the plan more convincing, he and I would have to part ways, at least to the public eye. So he and I staged a break up and he left the island for a while so that it would be harder for anyone to discover our true intentions.
In just under a year, I went from Blaine’s worst enemy to the man he wanted to marry, all because I gave him the illusion of power over me. I never once truly submitted to the man. Ever. That’s further proved by the fact that I broke up with Blaine and the Master spent the entire time pining for me and eventually came crawling and begging me back. And again, once Andrew and I decided to end everything and Master Anderson was told the truth, he refused to believe it and begged me to take it back and come back to him.
As far as ‘Mistress’ Fabray is concerned, I never once said anything about submission to her because I honestly did not know that it was her true nature. I admit in recent months we’ve become closer, but that is because I have been seriously considering taking her a my first breeder to continue on your bloodline. I’m not sure where she got the notion that I was one such as she is, but I can assure you that what she has said is false.
Masters Smythe and Anderson can both attest to my ‘submissive’ act, though I’m afraid I may have sold them a little too well. As it was our plan, Andrew can and will produce evidence and give you testimony much as I have given here to prove my innocence of such a nasty accusation.
Attention Masters
By now you may have heard Mistress Fabray being dragged through the courtyard to her suite. I have decided to show her some mercy and am allowing her to retain her position as Mistress and will not be demoting her to a slave, yet.
Let this be an example to you all. Conceal anything from me and you will face the same punishment.
Investigation Questionnaire Form
Answer all questions as thoroughly as possible and remember to interrogate any slaves in your possession. If you are under investigation, use your section to present any evidence you may have in your defense and to either attest your innocence or confess your guilt. Thorough cooperation is a point in your favor. Submit your forms no later than the end of the day on Wednesday, June 3.

Attention All Masters: Mass Investigation
Over the past week, I have been doing some investigating into some claims and accusations against the Masters here. The things that I have found have been rather disturbing. Each of you will explain yourself or face the consequences: Master Chuck Yorke: I am well aware of your prior acquaintance with the slave Emma Faulkner. However the number of rentals and the kindness with which you have treated the slave during those rentals is highly suspect. Unless you can explain yourself, you will be barred from renting it in the future.
Master Hunter Clarington: During your month-long absence, your slave apparently refused to leave your suite. Given both that and your recent statements about a lack of physical punishment, you stand accused of inadequately training your claim to follow basic orders. If you fail to prove otherwise, you will be required to bring your slave to my office for six weekly sessions, in which you will both receive remedial training.
Master Sebastian Smythe: You have been accused of general incompetence and a failure to properly train your claim. You are to explain your training and punishment methods, as well as your future plans for it. If your explanation is not satisfactory, you and your slave will also be required to report for remedial training.
Master Blaine Anderson: I have received multiple sources verifying that you have lavished your claimed slave with a disgusting amount of gifts and privileges, to say nothing of praise and affection. You now stand accused of being in love with it. Failure to prove otherwise will result in the loss of your claim, your council position, and any other punishment I may decide to impose.
Mistress Quinn Fabray: Evidence of your sexual encounters with other Mistresses suggests that you are by nature submissive and therefore, too weak to properly handle a slave on my island. You stand accused of being more fit to be a slave than a Master. Failure to prove otherwise will result in the loss of your claim, your council privileges, and any other punishment I may decide to impose.
Guards will be arriving momentarily at each of your suites. Any journals or papers in your possession as well as any of your own surveillance records will be seized as further evidence; Mistress Fabray will also be subject to a strip search. Resistance will be taken as a sign of your guilt. Until these matters are settled, the five accused Masters are forbidden from leaving the immediate grounds surrounding the manor.
All Masters will be sent a form wherein they may submit any evidence or opinions they may have pertaining to these investigations. All forms should be filled out as thoroughly and detailed as possible. Any slaves in your possession, whether claims or rentals, should be thoroughly questioned as to these matters and their evidence reported on your form as well. A form will also be sent to Mistress Santana Lopez on the Brother Island. The forms are to be returned no later than the end of day, Wednesday, June 4th. Failure to submit a form will result in punishment regardless of person or situation. Do not test me.

Upon reading the report submitted by Master Overseer, I will accept the terms the council has set forth for the return of your rental privileges. This is your only second chance. Should you overstep again, you will be fully stripped of all privileges, with no exceptions. I will be watching you closely from here on out.

Incident Report on Pup
PM: I apologize for the tardiness of my report Father, but I had a minor incident regarding my own slave to take care of while in the middle of compiling everything for you and I also wanted to be sure I had all the proper information before handing anything over.
When I arrived at Master Anderson's suite, he was on the phone. He knew why I was there yet he didn't seem to care or think it was important enough to get off the phone. I found Pup in Cooper's bedroom, on a dog bed on the floor. It was unclear if he'd been placed there or crawled to the bed himself, however there was a towel present. Both it and the dog bed had been thoroughly soaked with blood that was still leaking from his injury upon my arrival. The slave seemed in a tremendous amount of pain and could barely move or speak enough to answer my questions. Rather than attempt anything myself, I had a guard pick him up and carry him after finding a fresh towel for the trip to the infirmary.
I found Nick locked in Cooper's slave room. It was evident from the scattered toys and presence of blood that it was where the actual incident occurred, though I didn't waste time investigating it. The slave seemed to be in much better condition than the first, though it was clear that he'd suffered some damage as well.
Upon arriving at the infirmary, I handed both slaves off to the medical staff and it was several hours before I was given any news. Nick's injuries were minor and after a few painkillers and recommendations of rest and no sexual contact, he was released to my care. I promptly returned him to the cells. After their examination and initial care, the doctors informed me that Pup's condition was more severe. It seems he's suffered another rectal prolapse from the incident. There was a large tear that they gave the night to heal on it's own but the next morning, they were forced to stitch the wound due to significant blood loss. As of right now, the medical staff has decided that surgery is going to be the best option to repair the damage done.
I have not attempted to contact Master Anderson about the matter as I felt it was not my place to question what had happened. I know that power lies with you.
In the case of Master Ryder Lynn and slave Rose
Due to the journals taken from you, I have determined that Master Lynn has overstepped his boundaries as a Master and is therefore unfit to be a Master to this particular slave.
The guards will be arriving shortly to pick up the slave and return it to the cells. In the event Master Lynn is willing to stay on the island and claim another slave in the future, he will need to prove himself to be a capable Master. This includes but is not limited to: proper and effective punishments, a possible re-training, backing of no less than three capable Masters who believe he has become a competent Master.
