Gangreen Gang turning their lives around question: What kind of apartment or house and jobs do you think the Gangreen Gang would get?

My headcanon would probably be about the same as where they were at the beginning of SOMY. Ace and Snake working some low level, minimum wage job like retail and Arturo I could see as a really good line cook. Grubber was shown to be good at playing the violin so maybe he's able to make a career out of that one way or another, and Billy I think would have the toughest time finding a job. In theory I think he could be a good bouncer or bodyguard because of his size, but he also struggles to follow directions and has the tendency to get overwhelmed easily. If he was going to do it, he'd need someone there to calm him down and to stop him from going overboard.

Same with where they live. I like the idea of them sharing an old crappy apartment in a bad area of town that they'd bitch about constantly but also secretly love because hey, at least they have indoor plumbing and running water now. Maybe they're able to upgrade to something nicer at some point, but it would definitely be an uphill battle to get there.

That post about how the Gangreen Gang would do at being dads/parents got me a question: How do you think each of the Powerpuff Girls would do at being moms/parents?

Bubbles: Very sweet mom who would pretty much let her kids keep any animal they found as long as they weren't dangerous, and her house would be the one all the kids in the neighborhood would want to go to because of her kind and easygoing personality. Although, sometimes she might be a bit too easygoing and have a hard time putting her foot down until she loses her temper and snaps.

Blossom: Definitely the most responsible parent of the three, but at times can also be a bit overly strict with high expectations. She'd never intentionally try and make her kids feel bad about themselves, but occasionally she'd make comments that could make them feel a bit insecure. (Oh, you got a B? I mean, that's fine, but you're really good at that subject! I know you could get an A if you wanted to. Maybe try a bit harder next time, okay?)

Buttercup: She'd be the badass/cool parent who everyone would label as super easygoing because she'd let her kids watch R rated movies and do risky stunts, until she gets pissed off about something and everyone realizes she can be kinda terrifying when she wants to be. I think her parenting style would be kind of similar to Ace's, though less extreme.

How do you think Blossom would react if she lost her red bow (The one she wears on top of her head)?

She would have a mental breakdown, slowly destroying all of her relationships one by one as she accuses them of stealing it and lying about it, until they all turn against her and she kills them in a fit of rage, becoming Townsville's number one villain /j

Knowing her she probably has multiple, so if she lost one she'd just wear one of her extras, or buy another one. She wouldn't be too happy about it, but I imagine it's happened a time or two with how often they fight giant monsters

In my headcanon, the only way the Professor knew the oldest to youngest order of his girls was by observing them. The three of them were born at the same time, so only by observing them could he determine who he would call the oldest to the youngest. By doing this, he finally concluded that Blossom was the oldest, followed by Buttercup, and then Bubbles as the youngest.

That makes sense!

Yeah, I think with the PPG, the "oldest, middle, youngest" dynamic they have has more to do with their personalities than literal birth order. They have at most, a fraction of a second in age difference between them, but since Blossom is the "bossy responsible" one she gets put in the oldest daughter role, since Bubbles is sweet and sensitive she gets treated like the youngest, etc.

Thoughts on the PPG Narrator?

He's either an omniscient god who may or may not subtly influence the threads of fate to make sure the status quo never changes, or the prisoner of one, forever doomed to serve their needs and live a liminal existence between the cartoon world and ours, never allowed to truly live in either.

In my headcanon: Bubbles, being the sweetest of the girls, secretly gives gifts to the villains of Townsville (As she feels bad for them). Of course, the villains are suspicious, but Bubbles assures them that she’s not gonna hurt them. (Don’t tell Blossom or Buttercup. They’re not gonna be too happy)

Why does Ace punch Snake?

Well, why does anyone hit anyone?

I think for the most part he just sees it as a way to say "hey, knock it off!" and doesn't think of it that deeply. If you asked him directly he'd probably say something like of "because he pissed me off" Or "if he doesn't want to get hit, he should stop saying stupid shit."

But on a subconscious level I think it's because he sees Snake as a safe person to vent his anger towards in a way that the others aren't. Billy would cry and make a huge deal out of it, Grubber straight up wouldn't tolerate it, and he's a bit less harsh with Arturo in general because he sees him as a sort of adopted little brother. Snake is closer to his level than the others, he's loyal to a fault, and he's gotten pretty good at this point of acting (and even believing) that it's no big deal and/or that he deserves it anyway. So in a way he's the perfect victim.

(This of course isn't to say he never vents his frustrations out on the others in different ways, but Snake definitely seems to get the worst of it)

Do you think Buttercup would have a habit of skipping/ditching school/class?

Yeah, I think that would be pretty in character for her, especially as she gets older. Blossom hates it lol
