I have had a long stressful day. I was not, I repeat, NOT intending to stay up half the night. I am also currently trying to avoid making too much noise late at night because I am determined to be a better roommate. Both of these plans were completely destroyed by @whelvenwings who just HAD to write fanfiction so infuriatingly good that I couldn't go to bed until finishing it, or stop myself making a variety of bizarre (and loud) noises every few minutes.

Don't repeat my mistakes. Avoid reading Checked Out at all costs. It is clearly evil.
