As a non British can I ask what makes jodie's accent more natural? 😃

Sure! In interviews she tends to be a bit more “posh”, annunciating all of her words and just not leaning into her natural northern inflections or using more northern turns of phrase as much. Whereas she’s naturally got a Yorkshire/northern accent, so when she speaks more naturally she misses out words or abbreviates them in a more northern way?

Idk how to explain it, like she says a few times that she’ll just “wazz” something in there. It’s northern slang for putting something in something (I believe? I am unfortunately not northern so don’t quote me on that haha).

Did not expect Paloma and Jodie of all people to hit it off but soo delighted they did (and she's strong?? Jodie isn't little!)

Ah! Jodie and Paloma actually already knew each other! They were both in the movie “St Trinnians” :) It’s a great movie and I would deffo recommend watching it. Also yeah I am so impressed with her strength, I wish I had the strength to lift someone up over my shoulder lmao.

I'm not watching (I get too anxious about people having meltdowns), is Jodie doing good? (she was worried about people seeing her unedited, has this affected your opinion?)

Jodie did very good! I would encourage you to watch it anon, as there’s minimal stress and maximum laughs :) Cause it’s a celeb one for charity it’s deffo more chill than the regular show - no melt downs or mass disaster. Jodie breaks a bowl at one point but it’s shown very quickly and not made a big deal of.

No changed opinions of Jodie, I’ve watched a lot of content with her over the years so I think this just shows her as she usually is? Rather than when she’s in interviews - for example her accent is more natural. She’s such a lovely human being!!

Guys it’s been two years since Eve of The Daleks aired what the fuck

Okay that’s gotta be one of my favourite Doctor Who episodes ever! Definitely felt like a special and reminded me a bit of The Waters of Mars (and also Midnight for obvious reasons) - but argh I loved the monsters so much!!!!! And all the Timeless Child mentions!!!! Can’t wait to see that storyline developed even further! And of course I am extremely excited to get the Celestial Toymaker back on our screens next week!!!!!!!
