Hizib Nasr.

Al Imam Abu Hassan Al Shadhili ra had created a short hizb, its called hizb nasr. This hizb nasr is very dangerous. Our masyaikh forbid us to recite it. If we recite it to someone or some people, the effect will be so quick on them. 

Shaykh Yusri hafizahullah said, haram for us to recite it to muslim no matter what. No matter how hate we are to them, or angry etc, do not aim the recitation to them. Because if they are not effected by it, then it will be us effected by it for sure.

So to whom we must recite this hizb? To those who against islam, the non muslim. Not all the non muslim, but the one who intend to fight against islam shown by their behaviours etc. yakni, the enemy of islam, enemy of Allah.

And we recite it to protect ourselves.
