#Caitlyn at Charleston, SC. Someone taped her muzzle shut so tightly that she was forced to bite down on her tongue and is now in critical condition after being in that state for 36-48 hours. The charges for this are up to 5 years jail time and a $5000 fine. These are the kind of laws every country should have.. I wouldn't be opposed to the death penalty or at least some kind of painful suffering though.
