You always think 'never in my city' but, seriously, never imagined something like this to happen in Lafayette. This place is my hometown and a place I've called home for almost 21 years. My heart is broken. Prayers for the victims and their families/friends.

last night, in the city that I live by, and city that I work in, there was a shooting at the grande 16 theatre. my heart goes out to the families who lost someone and to the people who were injured.
I'm confused as to why my tumblr isn't blowing up about the aurora copycat movie theater shooting that happened in Lafayette, Louisiana, 100 yards from my apartment.
