ha,, i really havent said much tbh,,,
it started out as an excuse to write a "theres only one bed" trope fic, but after ep4 aired its morphed into a more in depth thing where clem and vi commiserate about losing people close to them (which already was the plan but now theres more to talk about irt minnie (and sophie)), clem accepting her new limitations and loss of complete independence where now shes forced to rely on others, but shes learning to be ok with it because she has a home now of people she loves and who care about her. clem finally for the first time Really talking to someone about the horrible things shes been through because shes finally in a place where she feels safe enough to open herself up emotionally... crying..comfort..
its based off a friended violet route so there are confessions/first kisses as well (two kisses 😏 the comic i posted is the 2nd one). because when i saw that heart carving for the first time i seriously wondered if romancing her would cause drama with minnie and if i wanted to get into that. but, well, i HAD to romance her lmao so this just explores that idea. they both already have feelings for each other but have yet to act on it
it takes place during the first winter post s4 during a white out snow storm, which traps them in the fishing shack and brings back horrible memories for clem (specifically eps 4/5 of s2)
