ok so thinking about how ggy was friends with cassie like it isnt that weird bc he was also friends with tony and ellis and would hang out with ellis at the pizzaplex all the time, just during the day. but i always saw that as cover since he went to a public middle school and actively stayed friends with tony and ellis and partnered with them in classes, that would look fine and normal to any adults

but that doesnt seem the case here with cassie bc its after hours. ggy seems to be i guess toying with her in the same way he did tony. ggy toyed with tony in the way that he had a deep understanding of all of the shit he had going on and strung him along with just enough to keep him interested in him without tony realizing anything. he toyed with him by actively knowing from the very start that tony was running around trying to solve ggy and he just. let him do it and watched like it was a game

i think this is in character for rab because from what weve seen he plays a lot of practical jokes on cassie that would be considered 'taking it too far' in cassies own words or mean pranks. he understands cassie too like he did tony. he understands that shes really lonely and wants to stay friends with gregory and she says multiple times that she doesnt want to be no fun or a wimp or a debbie downer so she just takes it all. ggy knows he can get away with fucking with cassie bc he understands her, like he did with tony
