Ugh, also with the movie death of Voldemort, no one is going to feel safe without there being a body, proof of him having died. There wasn't a body the first time, and he came back. Him dying like anyone else and leaving a body also served to prove to everyone he had really died, and made the wizarding community feel safe again.
