In this post, I get up close and personal with then predators who are keeping the Aphids under control on our Tamarillo tree.

I was about to spray the Tamarillo with a jet of water because of an Aphid infestation when I decided to get the camera out, zoom right in and see what was really going on. Spotted a longhorn bee (Melissodes sp.) on a sunflower (Helianthus annuus ‘Floristan’) in my garden today!

I also saw syrphid fly larvae, ladybug larvae, and some type of aphid-parasitizing wasp!
