If you don't know what the police state is, google it. Keep in mind these examples (except lil wayne) were before Ferguson and the Boston Marathon which was the first time most people realized the police had become militarized. But why would regular police officers need uniforms, weapons, and tanks that were made for war unless they were expecting one?
