I honestly feel like making Premier Balls a trademark of mine in competitive Pokemon... I JUST LIKE THEM, OK! :P
But this could be a hassle...
1. Each Premier Ball costs as much as 10 regular Pokeballs, since it's given away free each time you buy 10 of them at once. I am going to end up with an absolute fuckton of regular Pokeballs. Probably gonna end up making random Pokemon hold them constantly to make room, and give them out as free gifts in trades. I usually prefer to give a nice rare berry I'm farming or something, but hey.
2. Premier Balls have the catch rate of a normal Pokeball... in other words, the lowest possible catch-rate. So some 'mons I want in my team could be disasters to catch.
3. I'm gonna want to breed these 'mons. And only the mumma passes down her Pokeball type to the baby. This doesn't include Ditto, since it's genderless. Meaning I need to specifically catch and breed FEMALE Pokemon in Premier Balls to Dittos. Also, none of this works with genderless Pokemon. :(
I don't know why but I've always called Premier Balls 'Primer Balls'. There's no actually reasoning behind it I don't know why.
