I just realized after your most recent anon. The level of pressed is hilarious. I mean, even if Cloud and Aerith were even shown in a romantic pose by Nomura himself, it doesn't change Cloud and Tifa's story or take away from them being canon. Whiiiiich gets to the heart of the matter, Cloti's canonicity makes peeps insecure/act psychotically.

I don’t even get the hostile reaction to stuff posted in the Cloti tag alone. The opposition are posted in the character tags and the main tags. They’re very vocal over such a trivial matter which is the fact that not all people just don’t agree with what they think on the LTD.

I mean, I would find it funny if people would write essays proclaiming Clack as canon because I don’t find it to be factual. But then Cloti stuff are dissed because its shippers believe that their pairing is canon. I mean what’s the difference between Clackers and Clotis? It’s amusing that when it comes to Cloti some people are bitter, angry, aggressive and defensive.

Because it’s obvious Cloti has basis when Clack has none. They can’t dismiss Cloti as hilarious because there’s an obvious threat. Sometimes they may appear to be laughing at Cloti/Clotis but their obsession in disproving Cloti proves otherwise. Or the other reason is haters will never get over their irrational hatred of Cloti and gets angry that people love a pairing they hate.
