Did you miss our winter edition of Reno Ready? It was a full house and a full night of learning, facts, tips and money saving advice.
Rosalie had some great help to get everyone’s project underway, explaining some of the industry jargon and clarifying the legalities around renovating and what your obligations are.
Following on from Rosalie, we had one of Australia’s leading agents and our special guest speaker Zali Reynolds sharing her insights into the current state of the property market. Zali steered us all in the right direction for investments and preparing properties for sale, including a thorough review of where the hot sales areas are and when to sell or buy.

We finished off with a group discussion relating to everyone’s individual projects, answering questions including whether it was worth installing that second bathroom (the answer was yes if you are wondering!) and looking at how to improve your return on investment, what are the best areas to spend money on when preparing for sale, and lots more. Plus everyone got their own take home Reno Ready Workshop handbook. What a great night!
