Of one of the few times I have thoughts I made a theory that is about that either most of the Preppies clique have their height due the inbreeding or Bif AND Pinky are taller due the inbreeding.

Pinky is hunched over most of the time so that can make her look smaller than she really is.

The rest of the preppies are either average or short height.

Jimmy it's like a dwarf but the argument still the same.

According to his dialogues, Bif was small, maybe like or more than characters like Jimmy or Gord, but idk how long you can grow to become like that if you are that small.
