It comes with a belt and can be worn with or without the belt but I like it best without the belt *see second pic for details. it's made of comfortable 95% cotton + 5% spandex and can be hand washed in cold water or machine washed. I love the 50s #audreyhepburn style full circle skirt, a-line & high waist. I think this would be a fun dress to wear for all sorts of occasions and parties like cocktail, costume, ball, banquet, casual, festivals, office and holiday parties. I typically wear a small but ordered the medium and it fits me perfectly so I suggest ordering one size up.
