"Oh! Hello, uhm, sir." Kaminari was a bit flustered, running late for his own class yet again. He'd overslept (somehow - though it seemed impossible) and in his frantic hurry, had managed to barrel right into Present Mic.

"Heh, sorry about that." he offered a curt bow and silently hoped that the older man was as chill in person as he seemed in action. "Didn't mean to run you over."

“My dog ate my homework.” The boy spoke up, his arms crossing as he tried his best to walk out of class. He didn’t even own a dog... And they lived in dorms... “I will have to get it to you next class, sir. Sorry about that.” He really just sucked at giving back homework. “I will try to not let baku- I mean fluffy eat it next time, alright? Sound good? Cool cool have a nice day!”

“Mic.” The woman cooed, seeing the other from across the street. It had been her day off, and a well deserved one at that, the entire week before she had been busting her butt catching villains and earning money... Just to find out she accidentally bumped into yet another building and had to give her earnings back.

Her glasses were soon lifted, eyes darting around to be sure no one noticed who she was before wandering over to the other. “Haven’t seen you in a while, school keeping you busy?”

     “Hey, you.” A hand reached out to grab at the other’s belt, halting the taller man in his steps as the teen’s free hand moved to press a flat stone to the blond’s palm. He didn’t usually do this- in fact, handing out amulets like this for free wasn’t in his nature at all- but sometimes situations were what they were and Hitoshi liked to believe he wasn’t a completely horrible person. He’d had the opportunity to do something good, and had -surprisingly, even to himself- taken it. 

     “I don’t know what you did, but that woman back there was giving you a serious evil eye. Take this. It’ll nullify whatever bad energy she’s direction towards you.”

It took a little bit of time to actually find Present Mic, although it wasn’t as bad as it could have been, given the fact that he had a tendency to let his voice carry. It was extraordinarily helpful in this situation, and so when he finally spotted the older man he called out with very little hesitation. 

 Best to grab his attention now before he lost sight of the man once more, given that there’s a hallway between them. 

 “Sensei!” Generic, sure, but he just needs to stop Mic for a moment. He’s already jogging, attempting to catch up- and when he does it’s with a great relief. Thankfully, most every teacher has the habit of pausing at the honorific. 

 “I had a favor to ask you, if you’re up for it!”
