Factors related to service of Filter woven wire mesh screens
Exact wire specification is the foundation of any high quality wire mesh. This is why for several years Heanjia has kept extremely close relation with world’s leading industries which demand these wire mesh screens. We ensure the best feasible starting point for the demands that Heanjia meet and finish them exactly as per requirements of each individual customer.
The characteristics and quality of Nichrome wire mesh cloth ensure providing excellent service at high temperature. Wire mesh made from different grades of Nichrome mesh and in a wide range of specifications.
The filters are used for almost every fluid application requirement. From mini single filter vessel to the large multi-bag designs, we meet your demands exactly. The sturdy mesh screen provide durable and consistent performance.
We conduct time- saving operations with innovative and alternative solutions to manually and automatically perform the screening.
Areas of relation with filter screens use
Separator – filter : Remove solids and entrained liquids from liquid or gas, by using some combination of a baffle and/ or coalesce, filter or screening element. A filter can be a single stage, dual stage or equipped with prefilter section for wide solids removal. The standard application is the elimination of water from gas or another immiscible liquid. Usually it is capable of both separation and filtration to specific levels of efficiencies.
Service life: The service duration of an element serves before reaching the maximum permitted pressure drop.
Shell: The external wall of a vessel, usually called as the body.
Sintered: Mesh produced by processing to create diffusion bonds at all intersection points, holding openings for the flow of filtrate.
Skid installed: When more than one vessels with pumps and motors are installed on a portable platform.
Sludge: Dirt, carbon water and chemical compounds present in oils.
Solids: A matter present in stream which is found unwanted and needs to be removed.
Solution: A single phase combination of liquid and non-liquid substances or more than one liquids.
Specific gravity: The ratio of material’s weight to that some standard substance. It is by stating a unitless value.
Surface area: The overall area of an element that is used in a service flow.
Suspension: Solids or liquids that are kept in other liquids.
Tensile strength: The maximum stress applied to a material during stretched loading that it can withstand without wear and tear.
A property of a mesh that comprises many minute channels or open spaces. The fraction is a percentage of the total volume occupied by these channels or spaces. It describes a filter media which may have larger pores as compare to other media.
Prefilter: A filter to remove wide contaminate before the stream enters the separator.
Pressure: The force applied per unit area by a fluid, usually measured in kg per square inch.
Pressure drop: The difference in pressure between two points, usually at the inlet and outlet of a filter or a separator. Produced in kg per square inch, or inches of mercury.
Media migration: The carry-over of materials from the filter, separator elements or other filter, into the effluent. The contaminant or media released to flow downstream from the filter element.
