Our piping team getting stuck into this Saturday on a CSG piping project. These materials were flown in direct to Wellcamp airport to meet a very stringent delivery schedule. Our piping team has recently completed 2 replacement standpipes for one of our drilling customers. These 4” XXS standpipes are over 15m long and will be mounted on telescopic double drilling rigs which have been operating SA & NT. They are manufactured from manifold fittings and gate valves imported from the USA and have a working pressure of 5000PSI. Being class 1 piping, 100% of butt welds have been through radiographic inspection, as well as 7500PSI hydro test on the completed assemblies.
