I'm going through a bit of a tough time, so I made a little self-love bottle. Some sea salt, rosemary, rose petals, an acorn, a clear quartz, a seashell, some crushed basil and bay leaves, with ash from frankincense incense. I'll charge it under the full moon tonight and keep it somewhere I can shake it when I'm struggling.
