What to say about this? My gosh…Yoongi wanted us to know that Jimin was there with him backstage before the show, and after, and they shared a car. I love that instead of just saying, “Here’s Jimin!,” Yoongi wanted to lead up to that moment in a way that gives it more significance. More drama? More something!
And he wanted us to know that Jimin was with him every step of the way, all the way back to the hotel. Jimin arrived at the concert in a separate car, but left with Yoongi? And Yoongi wanted us to know this?
And then: “your bare face is pretty too.”
“Your bare face”—just you, natural and unprepared—is “pretty too.” “Pretty too.” “PRETTY TOO!” You are pretty now, and pretty the other way. You are pretty too. Pretty both ways. According to Yoongi. Help.
