Because there was a jar at IKEA. Because the cookies taste like Moravian cookies. Because Martha Stewart would love these cookies artfully arranged in said jar. Making strawberry juice!

The berries we had in the fridge were going to be good for one day tops, so I popped them in a jar with some lemon and raspberry and left them on the window. I also put in about a tablespoon of honey in each because the berries weren't very ripe so I worried it would be too bitter.

I am in LOVE with the color it's turning. I keep resisting the urge to open one and try it. I will likely open one RIGHT at the 24 hour mark.
