I go out walkin’ 🎶 I wear my sunglasses at night so I can, so I can... It’s nice to take a break every once in a while and go for a walk. Just breathe the cool air, feel it on your face and in your hair and just gaze at the city lights and wonder at the world. Life gets me down sometimes, so as I can’t breathe or I don’t know what’s up or what’s down or who’s me or why- why any of this happened the way it did, the way it is. I suppose a deep breath, a little air and a good smile go a long way to feeling like I’m making the most of it, even when I know I’ve been slacking off or disengaging from the world, from everything including myself. I guess that’s the time I need that air most, to allow myself my trespasses, my noncommittals, my doldrums and my stasis. It’s time to incubate a new babe in town, some new art that has been done before, some new me that no one has seen yet, least of all me. I guess I’m finally ready for that diving board way up there in the sky and dream like Sebastian did of endless wishes and stories, time to take the time to make myself again, because I lost the old one and I’m not sure what’s next or headed my way, but I’m sure it’s great, it has to be, otherwise what was the big wait for? Good things come to those that wait and I’ve waited longer than most, so let’s get on with it. I’m done waiting, time to do. Do all the things.
