Hubs and I ventured up north to go on a 7 mile kayak trip! It was a beautiful day and a good workout for a rest day. 💪🏻 . Do you have really bad coordination like me? The face of disappointment at the end of my not so great training "run". . I started out strong then about a mile in my abdomin cramped up something awful. Usually I can walk or jog it out but this time I couldn't. Even if I speed walked it would give me sharp pain. So I had to walk all the way back home. 2.5miles took me 40minutes. . Is this frustrating and disappointing? Heck yes. Will I quit and say I just can't run? Heck no. Tomorrow is a new day and I am sure it'll be better. . Things aren't always going to be easy, there will be obstacles thrown in your way and hurdles you need to jump but if you keep your eye on you goal then you will reach it. .
