Yeah well we shall see 😉 here's how I've been writing Tom in mimicry so far:
Started off fully intending on ripping that internship from her cold dead hands like
And then she shows like one (1) ounce of concern for his wellbeing and he's like
And then she saves his potion just bc it's the decent thing to do and he's like
And then they have like an actual friendship and he's like idk what the fuck is happening... What the fuck is happening....
And then her potion explodes, bonus meme for Avery finding out Tom's potion was also fucked up
And then he's like really worried about her the whole time and doesn't want to leave the hospital wing and is just sitting there self-assessing wtf he's doing like
And then when she wakes up and immediately suspects him he's like well fucking fine
But she comes around pretty quick and he's like okay.... Okay things are.... Good again...? And he's just ignoring his stupid crush like
But also this is Tom internally when she asks him to breakfast but he's just started an inescapable part of his potion
And then when they hand in their potions and she immediately starts yelling at him he's like
And then she calls his name in potions class and he's like !!!!! But then he realises she was talking to Thomas and he's just like
And then they fight in the store room and he's like ffs i cannot deal with this shit anymore and kisses her.
So I feel like fluff would make sense. Narratively speaking lol.
