It took small steps to get me there, but I managed to go to a new activity today and met some new people. *insert sparkles and happy noises* I'm really proud of myself for going. This year I really want to continue to try new things. Some people recognized me from a queer event I went to a while back and asked if I'll join again. And I do have some friends who are willing to help me get the kitty to the vet for the dental stuff. That kind of practical support means so much, you guys.
I also managed to exercise (third day in a row), and let me tell you, I can feel it now. Not yet in my muscles, but definitely in fatigue. I may have pushed it a bit too much... :/ The good news is that it makes me feel really "in my body", in a nice way.
Got some more work done, which I am happy about. Also wrote something for T. Mentally preparing myself for tomorrow, which is another long day for my job... I'm dreading it, but I know it will be fine once I'm there. It's just a lot of stimulation and sensory input.
Prikkel is a romantic, she sees beauty everywhere, even in the most normal and mundane things, and she expresses this in a very poetic way. She uses a fancy vocabulary to express her ideas, even the simplest ones. Prikkel also takes her role as the embodiment of corruption very seriously, she often mentions that "there is beauty in evil" and "evil and good must coexist".
Okay, so now it's time to talk about the kwamis' powers. I know I've already described them before, but now I want to talk more about how they work and how they can be used.
Prikkel - Doppelganger
The holder must use their tool to activate their power. They'll rip one of the pages of the diary and then charge it with energy, like the Butterfly and Peacock's powers. The page will fold itself into a different shape, it could be a paper plane, a crane or even a wasp. Then they'll release the paper, and it'll fly towards the target. Once it reaches its target, it'll possess one of their items. Unlike the Butterfly and Peacock's powers, the Wasp Holder doesn't make any psychic connection to the target, because of this, the Wasp Holder doesn't need the consent of their target to create the doppelganger.
A Doppelganger is a copy of the target in every aspect, they have the same appearance, the same personality, the same attitude, the same weaknesses, and strengths, and if the target has powers, they also copy them. The only difference is that Doppelgangers are morally corrupt, so they will act in ways in which the target would not.
Also, Doppelgangers are susceptible to other Kwamis powers like Akumatization, Amokization, Gift, Cataclysm, Uproar, etc. They are especially susceptible to the first two since they are embodiments of evil thoughts.
Doppelgangers also know that they are creations of the Wasp Holder, so they won't ever question their existence. Like Sentimonsters, Doppelganger are sentient, and they want to exist, so if they sense that their existence is in danger they will try to protect their own life. Doppelgangers also act on their own will, they cannot be controlled by the Wasp Holder or by the target. But they can be coerced into compliance, either by threatening the possessed object or, since they share personalities with their targets, threatening something they care about.
Doppelgangers can be destroyed by taking enough damage or by destroying the possessed object. Doppelgangers need to be purified too.
Miraculous owners gain power with age, meaning they can maintain their transformations even after using their superpower and they can prolong the duration of it, and the number of times they can use it.
An adult user can only use Doppelganger once, but can maintain it as long as they want it. Also, they can also retrieve the Doppelganger from the possessed object and use it in a different target.
Prikkel without a holder would create more than one doppelganger of a simple target or several targets at the same time.
