           the tree offered its support on a summer’s day, its branches shielding them from the sizzling rays threatening to cook everything in its path. it were days like these the shewolf truly thrived, that blossoming smile never leaving her lips.  ❛ are you finished with that? ❜ she taunted as her spoon snuck its way into his frozen yogurt, her own cup being close to empty by now.  ❛ i can’t believe you’ve never tried this before, ❜ she confessed after victoriously licking her spoon dry, eyes glimmering of mischief; although in the middle of a public park, mandy couldn’t help but enjoy the temporary freedom currently bestowed upon them. if she had the ability to freeze time, this moment would be it.

           ❛  sshh! do you want yourself to get caught?  ❜  hissing at him as he tried climbing up the porch to the estate, mandy was indeed afraid of him attracting unwanted attention to himself; though her pack may be ‘friendly’, other servants weren’t.  ❛  god, this is so cliche.  ❜   containing her giggling, she offered to help him once he had made his way up to her window ( and somehow, only with the moon as only light source ).

         THE AIR SEEMED DIFFERENT THAT DAY; having spent days at work, the thought of returning to her apartment brought inexplicable joy ( especially after a successful operation ). however, upon reaching her building after getting off at the usual bus stop, something had changed. blaming some residue paranoia after the recent workload, ki left the feeling be while making her way up the stairs and to her door. to her surprise, a pile of bills and letters laid scattered by the neighbouring door, causing the officer to pause for a good minute; someone couldn’t possibly have moved in during the last couple of days without notice, right? swallowing quietly, she concluded that the mail must have been delivered to the wrong apartment, causing her to kneel down so that hands may collect it all.  ❛  how difficult can it be, getting someone’s address right.  ❜  mumbling in puzzlement, eyes happened to wander across the name written; nazario. familiar? not at first, though mind was soon distracted by the address marked ━ which so happened to be correctly delivered. feeling her eyes widen in disbelief, head lifted to study the door before her with lowered shoulders; what now? to knock or ignore?
