Now it’s strange to me that Adidas would create a promotional pair of sneakers for The Amazing Spider-Man 2 when Andrew Garfield was literally wearing Converse Chuck Taylor All Stars in almost every Peter Parker scene.
My opinion from the movie aside, these are a pretty sharp looking pair of running shoes. They keep the colorway low-key and still true to the Spider-Man color scheme. The mesh upper sporting the Spider-Man colors blends well with the speckled laces. And the white midsole keeps it real. I love the touch of the spider symbol on the heel as well.
The release to these is a mystery, but according to sneakernews.com (the source for the images and information in this post as well), it was limited to 100 pairs. Check out their post on it here.
