The Turtles, they were LARGER .
-THESE turtles , they looked MUCH more LETHAL .
// Gonna have some dinner, then get to the people tagged. Later, guys~.
After the whole issue with Prime Raphael, The Turtles were ready for some seriously needed vacation time. And Aislinn’s Birthday was just around the corner.
Leonardo was in the barn, seeming to be working on something with the metal in there. Ever since their first trip to the Farmhouse escaping the Shredder when he returned, he and Raphael seemed to have a short knack for working with metal. He pounds down some copper with a metal hammer until it was flat, then begins to polish the surface, so it would shine. After 2 hours, he hides the glimmering, shining metal under some hay. The blue clad wipes some sweat off his forehead, deciding now was a good time to take a break from it. He starts heading back to the Farmhouse.
Raphael was leaning against the wall on the patio of the Farmhouse, arms crossed. He looks up as he sees Leo approach.
“...Leo. Mind if I talk to yeh a sec?”
Leonardo was halfway to the door, when he looks over to the red clad, studying him. This was new. Raphael was never one to stop and talk. He was usually distant and secluded. The older turtle, nonetheless, seats himself on the chair on the patio next to his brother.
“Sure. What’s up, Raph?”
Raphael looks away from the blue clad for a moment, the tails of his mask blowing gently as a gentle breeze blew in. He closes his eyes, then opens them again after a moment, looking angry.
“Dat psycho version o’ me...I jus’ can’t believe ‘im. I mean, thinkin’ o’ wipin’ out all othah versions of us just ‘cuz he was angry? Dat jus’ makes me...Rrr!”
He punches the wall, leaving a small hole in it. Leonardo just calmly watches, looking to his brother. Raphael then sighs heavily, looking at his hands.
“It ain’t right...Ya know?”
“Yes, I do. But I don’t see why you should worry about him. He’s just a--”
“I know dat, Leo. It’s jus’...”
Raphael then frowns, tightening his fists. Leonardo then notices they were shaking...Not with anger this time, though. With fear.
“...It’s just what?”
Raphael looks away, then looks to his hands again, then shuts his eyes. In almost a whisper, he speaks.
“...What if I end up like ‘im? What if my anger gets outta control like his, an’ I end up jus’ like ‘im?”
Leonardo looks to the red clad. This was always one of Raph’s biggest fears. Losing himself to his rage. The Fearless Leader stands up, putting a hand to his shoulder.
“Raph. That’s not going to happen. It’s true, you both have tempers...But you actually choose to keep it under control. That’s something Prime Raphael would never do. You have a strong will that guides you to make the right choices. And that’s much stronger than anger.”
Raphael looks to the blue clad, then looks away, sighing. He then looks back to him, nodding.
“Yeah...I guess yer right.”
Aislinn then comes out the door, looking to the two, smiling cheerfully.
// Hey, guys. What’s going on?
Leonardo and Raphael look to her. The blue clad smiles.
“Nothing, kiddo. Raph and I were just having a little chat.”
// Ah, okay. Hey, Raph! Mikey’s running from a pack of chickens from the chicken coop in the backyard. Looks like he pestered them too much. It’s quite a show. Wanna come watch the chaos? xD
Raphael looks to her. After a moment, he smiles, nodding.
“Heh, sure, kid. Could use a lil’ entertainment.”
They all head inside.
Deal or no Deal
Junkyards were the best. Few places were as chaotic and filled with useful stuff, of course, it was only because of the latter that Kaos found her target. Even then it hadn’t been easy, what with her quarry being a ninja and all. But there he was.
Kaos scrambled over and through the scrap, ignoring the small cuts she got, rainbow fluid dripping from the small wounds. “Hey Donatello!” She was sure it was him this time. “Whatcha lookin’ for?”
|| primeturtles It was very... Odd, to say the least. There the blue clone stood, completely standing out from the white and black environment like a sore thumb. His gear shone in the pale moonlight, reflecting much light to near objects. He could say he was freaked out, but there was nobody to tell that to. Talking to yourself was... Weird. But he did it anyway. "Jeez, what's this? The 40's?" He sneered from a high rooftop, glaring down at the empty streets. It was far much older from his time, that's for sure. It had this cold, brutal feel to it that kind of complemented his state of mind. "I have a feeling something's about to happen. Turtles don't really change environments casually." He mumbled to himself, hands raised to take his weapons in a snap if anything were to happen.
He Blinded Me With Science
He showed an empty glance and nodded before speaking. “Good evening, Kaos is it? Nothing of any real significance has happened lately although there has been a slight influx of off-worlders appearing out of the norm. It is most concerning.” The scientific ninja was quite possibly the easiest to approach as he was generally polite and obsequious.
“That’s me,” Kaos confirmed, grinning, pleased they had both managed to identify the other. “Huh, I’ll look into it. I haven’t picked up on any damage...maybe your world is getting use to all the incursions?” Not that Kaos would call herself an expert, but it made sense to her.
“Hey, wanna do a trade?”
