OK, so I'm not sure if multiple confessions in one ask are allowed but here we go:
Megatron needs to be a monster. Now, he can still be complicated, and think he's doing the right thing, but there has to be a moment where he realizes he went too far. IDW1 did this with the conversation between OP and Megs where Megs said that he would do anything for victory, but later confessed that he fully meant it. If you're going to do a Megatron that sees himself as righteous, give him a moment where he realizes what he's become and has to either a: try to turn back and fix things, or b: double down and embrace being evil
We. Need. More. Female. Characters! And ones that live too! Solus prime? Dead! WFC trilogy Elita? Dead! Animated Arcee? Not dead but criminally underused! "But their boy's toys!" B**ch, I am a girl! And I adore this franchise!
The og Marvel comics are my favorite comic continuity. IDW1 IS objectively better, and I love it too, but marvel just has that charm. It's goofy while still being surprisingly messed up at times. It influenced a lot of future media (it's why Primus exists), and helped flesh out a lot of g1 Characters.
Finally , and one about IDW1, I don't like the guiding hand. I've always preferred the "Primus and Unicron are opposite gods" version of things, and I just find the guiding hand myth uninteresting for me. It's not bad, and a fresh take, but not for me.
