I'm curious what kinda music you think or headcanon the promare polycule would have??

oh man i wish i was more well versed in music stuff to give a better answer lol. The only thing i have solidly is that meis and galo both happen to have a deep love for pop-y 80′s music and they both know so many off the top of their heads that they just start belting out songs at random and gueira and lio, while they find it endearing, also can become increasingly annoyed by how LOUD they can get.  i also like the idea of meis having been a singer and guitarist because he just has that vibe about him.  I do however have some songs that i personally associate with them, especially the mad burnish. not necesscarily the lyrics but the vibe they have. Heres a few examples if youre curious: 1 2 3 4 5 6 (volume warning and there are some screamo elements in there and i know not everyone is a fan of that.  that one artist...ive been listening to his stuff like my life is about to end for the past few weeks dffkhjg) And hey if you want you can share some of your idea of what their music tastes would be like too!

4)What made you want to watch promare? What drew you in?

one of my old friends from the narumitsu discord asked if anyone wanted to watch it since they were streaming it,

and at the time id literally heard nothing about the movie, except some comparisons they made between the ships,

but they also sent a gif of part of the first fight and i was 👀the colours are so pretty,,,,,

unfortunately the stream was rlly laggy so fjfhd i fidnt hear like half of the words spoken but i still loved it💛

11)What character do you think deserves better in the film?

Luciaaa!!! shes my 2nd fave character(after galo ofc) and i really wish she had more screen time,, and to whoever made the post abt if lucia found the hidden lab with galo and lio instead,, chefs kiss💛

16) A popular opinion in the fandom you cant get enough of?

hmmm okay i never go on twitter/ao3 for promare stuff anymore so i dont exactly know whats popular besides what ive seen on tumblr , i would probably sayy soulmate au,, less in the fated lovers thing more in the souls fuse in the mech💛

18. Would you want a sequel/prequel or any sort of extra story? And what about?

PLEAASEEE i dont know if id trust trigger for a sequel but i still want a sequel even if its bad... I HAVE THOUGHT SOO MUCH ABOUT THIS HERE ARE THE BASICS OF MY IDEAS ON IT

prequel light novels for galo and lio that actually go into their backstory.  theyre both trans and lio gets canon autistic confirmation too bc i want him to. i write the galo one of course and someone else writes the lio one and we exchange drafts a lot so we can make Parallels

POST-CANON WEDDING OVA CALLED GALO DE LION. IF I SAY IT ENOUGH IT WILL HAPPEN. and we get to see who proposed and how they proposed. and everyone dances to a pop song at the end like one of those animated kids movies no im just kidding but that would be really funny

post-canon ova in general im on my hands and knees here trigger. galo and lio Pining. dealing w.. traumas. i have like 5738674 ideas about how it could begin.

i think a standalone manga volume would b cool or just a manga series spinoff but i dont like believe that will happen or anything since promares like Made For The Theatre

12 ep post-canon tv series....... burning rescue fun moments we get more backstory galo and lio gay epic wins. also i guess lio technically works at burning rescue now so can we like See That, maybe

galo and lio canon transgender confirmation (listen if its self indulgence i can do what i want)

kray goes to prison but not before the burnish get to take turns beating him up

when galo and lio get married whoever officiates the wedding stuff pronounces them galo de lion and lio de galon

WE GET BACKSTORY IN GENERAL AND EVERYONES TRAUMA IS TREATED RESPECTFULLY. ITS SELF INDULGENT BECAUSE ITS STUDIO TRIGGER AND THEYD RATHER DISBAND THE STUDIO THAN BE SERIOUS. sometimes i can respect that but not for trauma, trigger!

20. Would you/have you recommended Promare to anyone?

i have, not without content warnings though! its a very good movie but it has issues that should b at least mentioned so ppl can prepare for like. a plot w a big theme abt genocide. but yeah i recommend it! i love this movie so much

One of my Promare in theatre experiences was when the kiss happened and everyone in the theatre went silent besides a few gasps and after it was over a bunch of people cheered and then one dude in the crowd goes 'we get it theyre boys, get over it girls!' and me just sitting there as a gay man who was super happy bout the scene, it just straight up crushed me hearing that and THATS my issue with ppl being like 'its cpr not a kiss' were not looking too deep into it, your just homophobic

ugh why do ppl feel the need to say stuff like that :( the first time i watched promare when the kiss happened there were a bunch of college boys in the front row who all made rly loud disgusted noises and like half the people in my theater were gay so we all tensed up and it was.. pretty hurtful honestly because i was rly surprised and happy about that scene and ppl couldnt just keep their homophobia and inability to understand that that was Serious to themselves. so i get it, that rly does hurt. and youre absolutely right about that, people arent looking into it too deeply, and generally ppl who think ppl must be reading too much into it are homophobic (whether they think so or not, if you ignore it on purpose.. thats homophobia) or just really, really bad at understanding the obvious. this is how its SUPPOSED to be read its not people just Wishing it was meant to be that way

definitely cats, my family adopted a kitten when i was a baby so having a cat is a near constant for me, and ive always been kinda nervous around dogs as a kid(also in islam we were taught that dogs were unclean, so we couldnt touch them, not sure exactly wether its true or not or where it came from but :/)

i prefer tea, especially indian tea^^

1: What was your first cosplay?    terezi from homestuck, actually. i was 13 and there was a local convention in its first year, so i thought it was a great opportunity to go to my first con. terezi (some clay horns, a terrible quality black wig, a painted t-shirt, and an assload of gray facepaint) has been retired for about 6 years.

11: Which cosplay took you the longest time to make?

   i’d have to think about that one, since i have a lot on hiatus. maybe galo, simply ‘cause i’ve had to do the wig three times now? but highlander the great’s been on hold for a hear and a half. idk i have a terrible habit of making one piece and then jumping to a totally different project. ^^;

12: Shortest time to make?

   oh, jeez. terezi, most likely. active cosplays, probably komaeda? another answer with caveats considering I Can’t Sew and i don’t know where ordering/repurposing pieces falls.

It’s really early days for my shop right now, so until I have a better idea of what sells and doesn’t sell I’m mostly making stuff I personally find really cool. It means a lot that other people like it as well!

I’m sorry they’re out of your range, I know it’s. a LOT of worm. But if you want to try making your own, the pattern in the store is scalable! You can bring down the size to whatever works for you.

(Also, you didn’t hear it here, but I MAY be in early stages of planning a half-size worm that fits over a standard dakimakura.)
