ooh   it’s   about   to   get   a   lil   spicy.   muns   need   to   stop   shaming   other   muns   for   choosing   to   write   female   muses.   they   deserve   more   recognition   and   need   to   stop   being   ignored   in   groups.   y’all   can   make   jokes   about   how   some   muns   write   a   female   muses   for   ships.   like   i   get   it,   there   have   been   some   bad   experiences   with   that.   stop   assuming   that   someone   who’s   writing   a   female   muse   is   just   there   to   ship.   there   are   tons   of   muns   who   write   interesting   female   muses,   but   they’re   more   often   times   than   not   just   passed   over   in   favor   of   a   male   muse.   no   offense,   but   writing   a   male   muse   that’s   tall   and   isn’t   a   fuckboy   …   yeah   that’s   not   a   PERSONALITY   🤷‍♀️

What's Discord?

not-so-lowkey, my favorite question since I was one of their super early supporters lmao.

at its core, Discord is a free messaging and video/voice call service that was made with gamers in mind – specifically the kind that missed AOL’s AIM format but wanted the added features that Skype and TeamSpeak bring without the constant server connection problems and the insecure framework that’s so easily hacked. that, and the availability to use it on every gaming platform; desktop (via app or website), mobile (Android and iOS), Playstation, and XBox. like.. it’s such a weird flex, but I love it.

in the past year or so, preexisting roleplayers (since a lot of us come for co-op video gaming and online tabletop sessions as is) found that the infrastructure is also perfect for organizing roleplays so that we can seamlessly go between ooc chat, faux social media, plotting channels, and character interactions! it’s a handy system once you get it down.

(2/2) and people can make their decisions as to whether or not their comfortable with rping with a minor. but barring us completely from joining groups is hypocritical when most people began rping at ages younger than 16. i began at 11, and i think there should have been more restrictions. i was okay writing and understood some of the "mature themes" early on. making rules of disclosing age, and keeping away from ships/inappropriate muse interactions can help include minors who want to write

yeah, definitely, not to mention it, like, totally sucks. i’m straight up not having a good time. i have two whole more years of this. restrictions ( besides not allowing smut, which is an absolute given ) are fine, though for me in particular, i found them unnecessary, but i’m not the case in point. i don’t speak for every single minor in the rpc. i just so happen to be speaking the loudest at the moment.
