Kouen had drifted into one of the lower income areas of the city on his walk. It was rare to see such a high profile person in the area but he was scoping out commercial zones for possible use as a walk-in clinic. Taking up partnership with Sinbad for the orphanage had opened Kouen an avenue into philanthropy he needed to explore.
