Nah. It's not much of a legal issue, actually. As I said in another post, the worst they could do is fine him but that wouldn't make sense given that he didn't know what he was doing. Still, it wouldn't be good for him. Remember Christian Bautista (sorry for always bringing him up but he's the best example) when he made a mistake in singing Lupang Hinirang and it was such a big deal. He didn't mean to make a mistake (who would anyway)... I work in a government office and believe me, if they want to blow it up, they would. If this issue just stays within the fandom, there wouldn't be any issue, but I can imagine those conservative groups when they find out. so, just to be safe, let's just take it down?
As a request from princeshohae I'm writing her a sort of sequel to "Sagwa Please"
to explain the title 회수 hoesu [or as pronounced weesu is "payback" it kinda sounds whistle] and 사과 sagwa [is "apple" and "apology/apologize" in korean]
After that night in the Apple farm, Heerin wanted to get back at Donghae for “punishing” her. She kept thinking of ways on how to give Donghae a taste of his own medicine.
She was cleaning their apartment when she accidentally tripped on Donghae’s gym bag. She opened it and came across something pink and lacy, Heerin took it in two of her fingers and looked at it “This isn't mine” she mumbled. Her eyes flared with anger as she studied the evidence, she got a zip lock bag and put the lacy evidence in it and put it under her pillow to secure.
Jona was all grown up now, she’s almost five and is about to enter school in a few months. Heerin wanted to teach her husband a lesson and doesn’t want Jona to hear any of it. She called her friend Odette for help “Hey, I need a favor”
“Shoot, what is it?”
“Can you babysit Jona for the night? I need to teach my husband a lesson”
“Is everything okay?” Odette asked
“Yeah, its fine… I’ll drop by Jona in a few okay?”
“Sure” Odette said and Heerin hung up.
Heerin packed Jona’s clothes and some of her toys and walked Jona to Odette’s place a few blocks away. She knocked on the door and Odette let her in. Jona made herslef at home and ran to the living room “Yay yay samchon!!!” Jona shouted.
“Hey Cutie!” A familiar voice said. Heerin entered and saw the familiar face “Hi Yesung Oppa”
“Heerin?! Is everything okay?”
“Yeah, I just wanted to talk to Donghae Oppa with something I don’t want Jona to hear”
“Don’t worry bitch, we’ll take care of her” Odette said, hearing that made Yesung cover Jona’s ears and Heerin laugh.
She walked to her daughter, ruffled her hair and said “You have a great time with Uncle Yeye and Auntie Odette okay? I’ll call to check on you. I love you sweetie”

She passed by a halloween shop on the way home and saw a pair plastic hand cuffs on the display case. She went in and asked if the shop was selling real ones but the owner said “I’m sorry miss, but hard plasic is as real as we can get, it can still catch a bad guy too” Heerin asked if she can see the cuffs and when she did she bought it immediately.
When Heerin arrived home, she cooked dinner and secured her “clothing” for her arrest. She baked a chocolate cake and fried chicken to start off. She was done in a flash so she had time to freshen up. She wore her sexiest lingerie and put on her most expensive perfume. She put her robe and sat on the bed.
It was the perfect arrest, Heerin heard the door open. “Honey, I’m here” he shouted. Heerin got out and saw her man wearing a fit polo shirt and slacks that just hugs his shape and flowed “Photo shoot?” She asked as she took his bag and gave him a big kiss. Donghae took notice of Heerin “is there something I have to remember?” He said, pulled her by her waist and added "because you're not letting me remember". Heerin chuckled, cupped his face and said "There's no occasion, I just wanted to surprise you... Dinner?"
"Yes please" Donghae answered, not knowing what's about to happen. Heerin served the Chicken then followed by the cake that she baked. "Where's Jona by the way?" He asked
"I took her at Odette's place. Yesung Oppa was there... didn't he tell you?"
"Hyung hasn't called me since yesterday. Maybe they're busy taking care of her."
Heerin smiled and mumbled "I hope that's whats making them busy". She stood up and walked to their room as soon as she finished her cake. Donghae was the one who took the dishes and put them in the sink. Grabbing the opportunity, Heerin abandoned the robe and hid behind the door. When Donghae came in, she closed the door and said "Mister, You're under arrest". The man was in shock of what he saw, Heerin was holding the pair of hand cuffs and was wearing her most kept lingerie. He was pushed to the bed and was cuffed to the headboard, she then sat on him and pulled out the "secured evidence" from under the pillow "this *holding up the bag* isn't mine oppa" she started. Donghae chuckled and started "that isn't mine as well", she wasn't amused at his answer "I got this in your bag... your gym bag" she said
"you need to be punished" she added.
She started to grind on him while unbuttoning his shirt. He was smiling as he watched his wife be the dominant one. Heerin then crashed her lips to his and kissed him deeply, while Heerin was busy with kissing and touching her man. The not so intelligent fish was able to un-cuff himself and trace Heerin's sides. He then held her waist and changed their position and pinned her to the bed "I'm sorry baby but revenge isn't your thing" he said, smirking. "If you got that from the blue gym bag. That bag isn't even mine" he added while taking out a real pair of handcuffs and cuffing Heerin to the headboard. Donghae's smile grew wider as he took out the same blindfold from the apple farm and put in on Heerin.
"Wait!" she protested "Don't I have one phone call first?" she asked. Donghae paused to think then shook his head and said "No baby, I don't buy that shit" and put the blindfold on her.
Heerin's mind was in the clouds again, she could feel something touching her legs but don't know what it is and then she heard someone whisper in her ear so sexily "I'm sorry officer but you've arrested the wrong man". She shuddered at the sound of his voice, she could feel the chocolate taking effect and lastly she could feel her nipples harden. Donghae took advantage of his freedom, he kissed the uncovered sides and ran his hand up and down her thighs. Donghae leaned back a little and debated whether to ditch or to keep the lingerie, he then smiled and said "Officer?" he said, leaning in slowly
