[ROYAL SERIES] - Prince Romeo and Princess Louisa

Prince Romeo Narrating: So me and my family are currently in Germany and I am excited. Through I still have school work. I rather not sit in a boring classroom. Since my siblings are tired I decided to come with my parents. I met Princess Louisa. She cool, she is teaching me German and I am teaching her French. I am glad I met someone my age this trip.

This is a portrait of Princess Louisa as a child. It probably is based on Jean-Étienne Liontard’s (1702-89) pastel portrait of about 1754 in the Royal Collection. Her father was Frederick, Prince of Wales, eldest son of George II and Caroline of Ansbach. Her mother was the Princess of Wales (Augusta of Saxe-Gotha). The miniature is unsigned but is thought to be by Andreas Henry Groth, who also painted a miniature of Louisa’s sister Princess Elizabeth Caroline.

[ROYAL SERIES] - Germany's Royal Family

King Felix and Queen Sophia Schmidt of Germany. They have three children; Prince Gustav, Princess Louisa and Prince Finn. Prince Gustav is the heir to the throne. Currently no official/formal alliances. However they get along with Italy 🇮🇹 and starting to become close with Tonga 🇹🇴. King Felix plans to host a small event inviting: King Johnathan and Queen Bambee of France King Akamu and Queen Kalea of Tonga And Italian royals (I have to make that family).

SIGHTINGS

Spotted- Crown Princess Helene, Princess Louisa, Princess Flora and Princess Nicolette having brunch together at the exclusive Ritz Carlton “Le Petit Jardin” eatery. Later on the fearsome foursome accompanied their mother-in-law Queen Analise in commemorating the 50th anniversary of the Women’s Trust Foundation in Pembrokeshire.

A NIGHT ON THE TOWN

Prince Henry and Princess Louisa were seen dropping their children Leopold, 14, Marco, 10, and Grace, 4, off at Luddington House yesterday evening, and briefly after that Prince Arthur and Princess Nicolette dropped off their respective children, Alexander and Isabella (10), and Charlotte (8) and Luca (7). The adults were to attend a State Banquet greeting Queen Elizabeth and Prince Gregory of Norway’s arrival to the country on their first official royal tour here.

PRINCESS GRACE IS CHRISTENED

The parents: Prince Henry and Princess Louisa. The church: Saint Josiah’s in Pembrokeshire. The guests: Royalty including the King and Queen and Crown Prince and Princess, and various other invitees. The children: Princes Leopold (10) and Marco (6) dotingly attending to their baby sister, and their cousins, Christian, Emilia, James, Alexander, Isabella, Charlotte and Luca, restless and twitchy during the long ceremony. The godparents:

Ms. Elisa Macri (Italian friend of Louisa)

Lady Marguerite Watson, Countess of Azrea (family friend of the couple)

Mr. Richard Bilson (husband of Princess Alexandria’s younger daughter Alice Misseroy)

Mr. Constantijn Thakkos (former Prime Minister of Greece and a very close family friend)

A beautiful ceremony for all who attended.

A DAUGHTER FOR HENRY AND LOUISA

Princess Louisa gave birth to a girl last night, 30 April 2004 at Mercer Hospital in West Amberton. The baby was born at 9:14 pm and weighs 7 lbs 1 oz. Prince Henry was present for the birth, and later was seen bringing Leopold (9) and Marco (6) to the hospital to visit their new baby sister. The entire country rejoiced at the happy news.

NAMES FIT FOR A PRINCESS

Hapsburg Palace released the names of Henry and Louisa’s daughter yesterday, two days after her birth. She is to be named Princess Grace Elizabeth Julianna-- a notable departure from the couple’s history of choosing more Italian names.

One thing’s certain: the King’s children really know how to name their kids. Said royal journalist Andie Newton, “The princes and princess and their spouses always manage to pick such noble, elegant and beautiful names for their children, which flow smoothly with their middle names and their siblings’ as well. The King and Queen were not very creative in their naming, with their children’s names Victor, Henry, Arthur, and Nicolette.” In fact, the entire older generation was not very ‘creative’. The King’s sister Princess Alexandria, who married Lord Philip Misseroy of Everton, even named her son Arthur just like her nephew.
