The Playdate
So recently I was in the kids section of Ferndale Library and I overheard the most cutest and hilarious conversation of the week. It goes a little something like this...
Girl 1: “We should have a play date cause we are old enough to have a playdate. wait how many are you?”
Girl 2: “Huh?”
Girl 1: “How many are you?”
Girl 2: “Oh, I’m five.”
Girl 1: “Yeah, see we are old enough to have a playdate.”
Girl 2: “.........but why?”
Girl 1″ Because my mom says that it is good so we should have one.”
Girl 2: “Oh okay....I guess...that’s a lot though, my nanny has to check my schedule.”
