If you are using apps to create your content, pay the fee to have the watermarks removed. Do you want people to focus on the home or service you are proving or the watermark that is covering your entire post?🤨If you are going live or creating a video, get your script down instead of babbling about nothing for 5 minutes and not providing any value.😫If you are a luxury brand – look like it! 💎This market has higher expectations from their partners and vendors than any other because we are talking about high price ticket items. Not your $1 hamburger from McDonalds value meal. . As I was on the road to drop of our second child at college, I sat back and just studied different post from all kinds of accounts and was baffled at what I saw. 😁Video’s with water marks over million dollar homes with chopped up or pixelated images, videos with content that went nowhere except cause more confusion and leaving me with more questions than answers. WTH!!!? How do you think your client feels when they entrust you with the sale of their home and what you are doing to market their beloved $2 million dollar home?🤔 I would go ape shit. That’s right!
