You know it’s not the same as it was, but we remember it all too well. It’s been more than a decade since Harry Styles and Taylor Swift dated and called it quits, leaving millions of heartbroken fans feeling akin to children of divorced parents. But at the Grammy Awards Sunday night (Feb. 5), the two singers proved that, though long broken up, Mom and Dad are on great terms, taking time to chat and support one another during the ceremony.
In an onsite video captured during Steve Lacy’s performance of “Bad Habit,” Swift can be seen making her way over to Styles’ table in her glitzy, midnight-blue two-piece gown. The “As It Was” singer, who took home the coveted album of the year award and best pop vocal album for Harry’s House that night, stands up to greet her with a hug.
As Lizzo dances along to Lacy’s performance a few chairs down, the former pop power couple talk for about a minute before Swift glides elegantly away. Did she congratulate her “ex man” (to quote “Shake It Off”) on his wins? Did they discuss the best ways to co-parent their joint fanbase? It remains to be known what their brief conversation was about, but whatever it was, they were all smiles throughout.
The moment mirrors Swift and Styles’ reunion at the Grammys two years ago, when it was Swift who was honored with album of the year for Folklore. Just like this year, the two were also spotted on video having a friendly conversation at the 2021 awards, except Harry was the one to approach Taylor.
The “Anti-Hero” singer — whose “All Too Well (10 Minute Version)” was nominated for song of the year, which went to Bonnie Raitt’s “Just Like That” — was also filmed passionately applauding Styles after his performance of “As It Was,” giving him a standing ovation. Now that snowmobile accidents, paper airplane necklaces and dozens of songs rumored to have been written about each other (looking at you, “Style” and “Two Ghosts”) are simply things of the past, fans can rest easy knowing that the two pop stars are friendlier than ever.

“Thank you so much,” the former One Direction member, 29, said during his acceptance speech. “This album, from start to finish, has been the greatest experience of my life. From making it with two of my best friends to playing it for people has been the greatest joy I could have asked for.”
The Don’t Worry Darling star went on to thank “everyone who inspired this album” and all of the friends who “supported” him during the recording process. “I wouldn’t be here without you,” he added. “Thank you so much.”

The U.K. native and the “Maroon” artist first sparked romance rumors in December 2012 when they were spotted strolling through New York City’s Central Park. The duo called it quits just one month later, but their relationship remained a subject of fan speculation for years. When Swift released her album 1989 in 2014, some listeners theorized that tracks including “Out of the Woods” and “Style” were about her fling with the former boy bander.
Styles, for his part, has said that he doesn’t blame his ex-girlfriend for writing about her relationships, even if that means he’s sometimes a subject of her lyrics. “We always say that we write from personal experience, and I think everyone does,” he explained during a 2014 Google Hangout. “So, it would be hypocritical to say ‘Oh, you can’t write songs.’ And she’s really good, so, they’re good songs. I’m really lucky in that sense.”
Three years later, he noted that he was proud to be a small piece of Swift’s success, though he admitted he didn’t really know if any of her songs are about him. “I’m lucky if everything [we went through] helped create those songs,” he told Rolling Stone in April 2017. “That’s what hits your heart. That’s the stuff that’s hardest to say, and it’s the stuff I talk least about. That’s the part that’s about the two people.”
The “As It Was” singer’s Best Pop Vocal Album win is his second Grammy award. He won his first — Best Pop Vocal Performance for “Watermelon Sugar” — in 2021.

THAT Harry Styles is certainly getting all lovey-dovey with his new girlfriend. The One Direction Romeo took American superstar Taylor Swift to meet his mum after treating her to a meal at his local village pub on Tuesday night.
And yesterday they fed doves and swans together on a visit to a Lake District beauty spot.
Harry pulled out all the stops to impress multi Grammy award-winner Taylor on her visit.
After treating her to a slap-up meal at The Rising Sun in Derbyshire’s Peak District, the pair made their way home to his mum Anne – via Tesco.
At the supermarket, 18-yearold Harry splashed out £3.89 on a tub of VO5 hair styling wax while Taylor wandered down the aisles looking at the vegetables.
Last night pub manager Sarah Walker revealed the celebrity couple met up with Harry’s sister, Gemma, and her boyfriend at their local in Hope Valley.
Pub regular Gemma strolled in at 7.30pm just before Harry and Taylor arrived in his Range Rover Sport. After ordering a round of soft drinks, they sat in the window, next to the crackling log fire.

The showbiz pair polished off a Yorkshire pudding and onion gravy starter, followed by roast turkey with all the trimmings for Harry and a whole lemon sole for his size-eight girlfriend.
Shunning the champagne, they stuck to non-alcoholic J2Os all evening. Taylor, who is 23 today, told pub-goers she was looking forward to the couple’s trip to Windermere in the Lake District and celebrating her birthday.
But it seems they will spend Christmas an ocean apart as Taylor revealed plans to fly home to Nashville to spend the festive season with her family.
Sarah, 37, said: “Taylor said she was loving being in Britain and she also seemed to like being in the country.
“And she was excited about her birthday and about flying home for Christmas. She said she didn’t mind the cold, but it will be a lot warmer in Nashville. They were both lovely and she’s a honey.”
After posing for pics and signing diners’ menus, Harry and Taylor settled the bill – which came in at just over £100 along with a handsome tip.
Yesterday, the tactile couple, who have now been dating for a month, enjoyed an afternoon feeding the swans and doves on Lake Windermere.
One swan even pecked at the brand- new £ 995 Burberry handbag Taylor was carrying – a birthday gift from her new beau – as the country singer gamely batted the creature away.
Giggling as they then fed the birds in the town centre, they were also spotted outside the Pandora jewellery shop by store manager Claire Dibbs.
Claire, 24, told the Mirror: “I was hyperventilating – I just never expected to see them.
“Taylor introduced herself – she was really lovely. She said they were just here for the day and I think they were there with his parents. She had a lot of bags from Beatrix Potter World. I saw some cuddly toys poking out of the top of the bag.
“They’d done a lot of shopping. Taylor said she loved the area and said it was really pretty.” Harry and Taylor first met in America i n April when Harry was on tour with One Direction.
After going on a couple of ‘secret dates’, they reportedly split up after the heartthrob was spotted kissing American model Emma Ostilly in New Zealand. But they were spotted dating in New York’s Central Park recently.
The date came hours before One Direction’s sell-out gig in front of 20,000 fans at the Madison Square Garden. The loved-up singers gazed into each others eyes, stopping to chat to some kids and to watch the sea lions at the zoo.
And last week the rumours they were an item were confirmed when she flew him in her private jet from New York to London to attend the Jingle Bell Ball at London’s O2 arena.
Harry ditched the rest of his bandmates to spend a few hours with her on the flight, while the others flew back to the UK on a domestic flight.

They look great, they sound great and, when you add their British accents into the mix, the American girls are going crazy for them. IT'S been the question on One Directioners' lips across the planet.
Now, one week after Justin Bieber let slip "one of the world's biggest artists" fancies Harry Styles, I can reveal the identity of said mystery woman.
*Drum roll*...step forward, country star Taylor Swift.
The six-time Grammy winner (right) has been lusting over the cherub-faced one, desperately trying to bag herself a date.
And, darnit, had she been Down Under this week, she would have got a eyeful of Harry and his bandmates as they let it all hang out in Sydney Harbour.
Singer Taylor, 22, who was recently awarded a philanthropic gong by First Lady Michelle Obama, spent 15 minutes at last month's Nickelodeon awards plotting an introduction c/o the Canadian foetus.
Says my backstage mole: "Taylor is a huge One Direction fan and was excitedly bopping along to the boys when they performed on stage. Then she was chatting to Justin and told him how hot she found Harry. Justin was joking about trying to keep his own girlfriend, Selena Gomez, away from the band because she, too, loves them.

Contrary to internet rumours, Harry is NOT dating US singer Lily Halpern after his split from Xtra Factor host Caroline Flack.
In fact, it looked like he didn't have a care in the world as he joined bandmates Louis Tomlinson, Niall Horan, Liam Payne and Zayn Malik for a four-hour bask aboard a swanky yacht in Sydney Harbour.
The boys, who kick of their Aussie tour on Friday, didn't need any encouragement to show off their torsos...apart from a pasty Niall, who tweeted he wasn't tanned enough to de-sheath. Harry even appears to have bulked up a touch, revealing a none too-shoddy set of obliques. Thus making Taylor Swift's week.

Her first self-created perfume 'Wonderstruck' is also well received by her fans. We met the American singer for an interview and talked to her about her fragrance, her favorite make-up and the perfect day
We meet Taylor Swift in the library at Bensberg Castle. Her look fits in well with the setting. She is wearing a dark checked dress and looks almost like a college student. Her hair is side-swept in light waves, her bangs are straightened. Taylor Swift looks at us with large, darkly made-up cat eyes. She is in a good mood, she had her 23rd birthday the day before...
GLAMOUR: Happy belated birthday, Taylor! How did you celebrate your birthday?
Taylor Swift: I was in England and celebrated with some really lovely people. I also found out there that I was nominated for a Golden Globe for a song I wrote for Hunger Games. Unbelievable news! And then my new music video was shown for the first time on MTV, which I am so proud of. The song is called "I knew you were trouble". My birthday couldn't have been more exciting.
GLAMOUR: Would you describe him as perfect?
Taylor Swift: Pretty much. It was probably the best birthday I've had since I was about six years old.
GLAMOUR: You always look wonderful. How do you do it?
Taylor Swift: I think it's important to let your skin breathe. Often, when I have a day off, I don't wear any makeup at all. And when I do wear makeup, I prefer to use a tinted moisturizer instead of a regular foundation. I think it's better for your skin. One of my favorites is definitely Kiehl's.
GLAMOUR: And if you really want to put yourself in the spotlight?
Taylor Swift: Then I always use a black eyeliner and a good red lipstick. The eyeliner is called 'LineExact Liquid Liner' by Covergirl, it looks like a felt-tip pen and is really easy to apply. My favorite lipstick is 'Hot' by Covergirl.
GLAMOUR: What other beauty products can you find in your handbag?
Taylor Swift: Definitely lip balm and perfume. I keep all my perfume samples in my handbag. I get them all from Elizabeth Arden, who we work with.
GLAMOUR: … like your perfume 'Wonderstruck'. What do you associate with the scent?
Taylor Swift: 'Wonderstruck' describes the feeling when you meet someone for the first time. It invites you to dream about how this encounter might develop. It's a really sweet scent.
GLAMOUR: How did it feel to create a perfume?
Taylor Swift: It was amazing how many different processes are needed to produce a perfume. You have to create the scent, come up with a name, take photos, design the bottle, design the packaging and so on. There is a lot of planning and decision-making involved. It was a lot of fun to be part of this process.
GLAMOUR: You often change your look. Sometimes you style your hair in wild curls, sometimes completely straightened.
Taylor Swift: I like to play with different styles. At the moment, I like the look I'm wearing today the most: sleek, light waves and straightened bangs. It's simply timeless.
GLAMOUR: What do you do on bad hair days?
Taylor Swift: I either hide my hair under a hat or I put my hair in a ponytail. That always works.
GLAMOUR: Do you have a lucky charm?
Taylor Swift: I have a lucky number. My lucky number is 13. Whenever I see the number somewhere, I see it as a sign. As a sign that things are moving in the right direction and everything will be okay. For example, at the Grammys in 2010. We won four awards in one night, which was really crazy. I saw 13 over and over again, on street signs, on walls. Every time I looked at the clock, the time had something to do with 13. Even here, when I came to the library, I browsed through the books and picked up a book that had the number 13 on it. That shows that it stays that way, that I am really, really lucky.
GLAMOUR: You are really successful in Europe. How important is Europe and especially Germany to you?
Taylor Swift: Europe and Germany have always been very special to me. I love coming here. And if the album is successful, I'll have an excuse to come here again, visit my fans and play concerts. And I think it's so great that my fans learn my lyrics even though they speak a different language. That means so much to me.

Instead of joining the Taylor Swift haters, Harry Styles, 22, is being a total gentleman and showing his famous 26-year-old ex some much needed support. “They have definitely had their differences, but Harry actually feels kind of bad for Taylor. He’s not about to voice his opinion, but just thinks the whole thing has gotten out of control,” an insider tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY. “In his world, he doesn’t understand this whole Twitter bashing with people taking sides.
