Streber had bills to pay and cats to feed. UA could only do so much to pay the bills, Streber was kinda dreading it due to his bad experiences with them back at home. It was time to do some agency work! He really needed to thank Midnight next time he saw her for help finding an agency. Already Streber was getting paired with a hero called Prism Powa. It was a pretty odd team up. From what Streber read about the guy, both His and Streber's gimmicks and quirks were so vastly different from each other. However you can't really judge someone based on their quirk and gimmick, you needed to get to know them and see them in action first. Come on Streber no need to get cold feet now! Prism Powa is another hero just like you, he won't bite...Hopefully. That's what Streber told himself anyways to calm his nerves.

"nope, nuh-uh. ain't tellin' ya basil." i say with a shake of my head, arm moving back and forth as we walk, taking his along with mine. "this is like ... gonna be a super badass surprise date. like ... can't be a surprise if i tell ya what i got planned!" dinner at basil's favorite place, movie night at the drive in. nothing super special i guess, but it's more than we usually do. i like to treat him after all, when i got the money for it. "what ... are you sayin' you don't trust me?" i tease as i look over in his direction, lower lip jutting out into a pout.

🕸 — hate him? the hero's head tilts, her unnerving, cold expression never wavering. it wasn't the first time someone thought noctis hated them. she always gave off the impression, silent and stern upon first meeting, but... basil thought this? a ghostly pale hand reaches for him, an index finger gently touching beneath his chin to force him to look at her.

Just because Emilio had shattered her sense of self-worth didn't mean that he should still have such power over her. And yet... He did. If it weren't for Basil, lovingly instructing her on how to count her breaths, she would've fallen far too deep in this spiral. Fuck, there was no way she'd be able to thank him. The phone trembled against her face so much that she had to eventually try to set it on speaker, despite the irritated looks from some people nearby as they heard her friend speaking through the device.

Her hands fumbled, trying to find the little earbuds she kept in her bag in case of overstimulation, but she was struggling to do much of anything with all the shaking and crying.

"O.. Okay.. Um.. I.. Th- Thank you..."

Each kiss prompted a wrinkling of her nose and a smile that couldn't quite stretch far enough thanks to the gentle grip on her cheeks. Bella immediately turned into a giggling pile of goo, barely kept upright by her love's hands and form against her.

"Cuore mio, you're brilliant. I've missed you so much! I can't describe how happy I am that you're back with me..."

She coos with a giggle, hand resting on the exposed part of her chest. Tank tops were amazing, and the redhead was sorely upset that she didn't get the chance to wear them outside except at night.

Her head tilted to one side and she giggled, pretending to observe the knife in her hand.

"Anything, you say? Perhaps I should try and see how well you'd behave for me~?"
