I mean, what is ‘technically’ when time doesn’t work? As far as I know their ages have never been pinned to one another, and that’s all that counts with the slippery timelines of the DC Universe.
Trickster and Kid Flash both debuted in the same year, 1960. At that time, Trickster was an adult, though admittedly not a very old one, and Wally was in his early teens.
Wally and Dick are consistently within a couple years of one another in age, so I’d venture to conclude Richard Grayson and Giovanni Giuseppe are not about the same age, but I could be missing something!
