does every state make their own uniforms? Do any buy from another state?

In order of the photographs, Georgia, Florida, Pennsylvania, Indiana, New York, Michigan, Texas, and South Carolina all make uniforms in their prison industries. There are more, of course, but this is a good sample.

Most don't buy from another state but rather commercial vendors. Many of the states however do sell to jails in their state!
