Hey I have a question. So I would like to send you a private message but I have some questions regarding that. So first is the waiting time also 4 months or will you answer those asks sooner? Second question is, I would like to talk about SH. But everything I write is going to be between you and me right? If you send us a private ask it will enter our inbox listing your URL however we will not look through your blog or anything like that! Your ask will enter the waiting list just like all of our other asks, so the wait will be around 4-5 months right now. We answer all private asks privately, so they do not get posted onto our blog, our answer will go straight into your inbox and nobody else will see it.

In regards to contacting services for further help, no, that is not something that we do. We are not an emergency or crisis line and so do not want to promote services like that, when that is simply something that we are not equipped or qualified to deal with. If we believe someone is in danger or distress then we will encourage them to keep themselves as safe as possible and contact their local emergency services for support. We also promote the use of help/crisis lines and web counselling.
